NON-FIBERED ASPHALT EMULSION 
ROOF COATING

DESCRIPTION
ALCO Non-Fibered Asphalt Emulsion Roof Coating consists of a specially formulated asphalt and an emulsifying agent. It can be applied to most horizontal and vertical surfaces without sagging. Being a water based material, it is non-flammable and will not support combustion.

USE
· Inexpensive protective coating for BUR, metal or roll roofing

· Fast and economical way to coat roof deck

PREPARATION
Roof surface and all parapets should be swept clean of all dust and dirt. All repairs must be made before coating, using a cotton or fiberglass membrane or ALCO Poly-S, in conjunction with a quality roof cement such as ALCO Plastic Roof Cement, ALCO Wet-Bond Cement or ALCO 24/7 Flashing Cement.

A primer, such as ALCO Concrete and Roof Primer should be used under emulsion roof coating. If a primer coat is not used, surface to be coated should be thoroughly hosed down with a high pressure hose and scrubbed with a stiff broom.

APPLICATION
Stir material to even consistency and color. For best results, apply when the temperature is 50° F. and rising and with no chance of rain within 24 hours. Allow 4 – 8 hours drying time and 2 days for effective cure.

BRUSH:  Apply with soft bristle brush. Pour material directly from the container and brush to a smooth and even coat.

SPRAY:  Use a standard type mastic pump.

Personal Protection:  Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin, which may cause irritation. Wear chemical resistant gloves. Do not get in eyes; wear protective goggles or face shield. Wear protective clothing if needed. Do not take internally.

First Aid
Eye Contact – Rinse immediately with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice.
Skin Contact – Wash with a waterless hand cleaner and/or soap and water.
Ingestion – Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately.
Waste Disposal – Seal container when not in use. Empty containers must be disposed in an approved landfill in accordance with local, state and Federal regulations.

We warrant our materials to be of good quality and will replace materials found defective, providing, however, that the buyer shall examine the materials when received and promptly notify us of any defects before the materials are used or incorporated into a structure for which they are intended. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, this warranty shall extend only to comply with specifications of materials manufactured by and published by Alco Products llc, and made available to the buyer at request. We cannot warrant nor in any way guarantee particular methods, use or applications, nor can we warrant that the materials will be suitable for any intended use. This warranty is in lieu of all others expressed or implied and may not be extended by representatives, written sales or information or drawings. Nor do our distributors or salesmen or any other representatives of distributors or of this  company have any authority to extend any guarantee beyond that outlined above or to waive the limitations of the seller's liability.
